W.P.(C) 6184/2018 & CM No. 23882/2018 The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:

"In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case the present petitioner through this present petition humbly seeks from this Hon'ble Court to:

1.

Pass an order/writ in the form of mandamus/certiorari setting aside and invalidating the impugned notice dated 29.09.2017 2.

Pass an order directing the respondent to retrieve the allegations and proceedings intimated gains the

petitioner in defiance of law.

3.

Pass any order as this Hon'ble Court may deem Fit." Suffice to state, the challenge in the writ petition is to the final show cause notice dated September 20, 2017. I have been informed by Mr. Arun Birbal that on the said final show cause notice an order dated December 27, 2017 has been passed. A copy of the same has been given to the counsel for the petitioners.

In view of the above, the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioners challenge the order dated December 27, 2017. The writ petition and CM 23882/2018 are dismissed as withdrawn.
