% 10.04.2018 I.A.No. 15660/2017 under Section 151 CPC filed by the petitioners The present application has been filed by petitioner no.2 and also in capacity of Director of petitioner no.1 seeking return of original documents filed by the petitioners.

The petitioners have placed on record the original documents along with the main suit.

It is stated by counsels appearing for the parties that the matter stands settled between the parties before Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. In terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, present suit was decreed on 30.10.2017. Proxy Counsel appearing for Mr. Manish Jain, Advocate for the respondent states that he has no objection, if the present application is

allowed and the documents are returned to the petitioners. It is stated by counsel appearing for the petitioners that certified copies of all the documents have been placed on record. In view of the above, the instant application stands disposed of as allowed.

Petitioners/Counsel for the petitioners are directed to appear before AR (O) on 18.04.2018 at 2:30p.m. to collect the original documents. AR (O) is directed to ensure that the certified copies of the documents are on record and return the same subject to proper verification and identification.
