By way of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioners are seeking directions to respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to provide them protection from respondent No. 4.

Respondent No. 4/Sunita who is mother of Petitioner No. 1 is present in the Court today. She has stated that she has accepted the marriage of her daughter/petitioner No.1 with petitioner No.2 and they need not apprehend any threat on the issue of marriage. She has also given in writing that her daughter has married the petitioner No.1 and she has no objection to their marriage.

In view of the assurance given by mother of the petitioner No.1 and submissions made by her in the Court, as nothing further survives for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.
