% 12.07.2018 Mr. Arjun Pant, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the DDA has handed over in Court today an affidavit of Mr. S.K. Sharma, Deputy Director, DDA.
The same is taken on record. A perusal of the said affidavit reflects that the case of the petitioner is covered thereby and subject to the petitioner complying with the mandate of the circular dated 17.09.2014, the DDA would process the said application for approval, in accordance with law.
In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the DDA to expeditiously process the petitioner's
application for conversion of his property from leasehold to freehold, subject to the latter completing the formalities, in terms of the said circular dated 17.11.2014, in accordance with law, within four weeks from today.
