% 06.03.2019 This court on 20.11.2018 had admitted the petition and appointed the Official Liquidator as the Provisional Liquidator. However, the said order was suspended for a period of four weeks to enable the respondent to pay the outstanding amount. The needful has not been done. Learned counsel for the Official Liquidator submits that they have already commenced taking steps against the respondent Company. The ex-directors will file statement of affairs within three weeks from today.

Mr.Jatin Mongia, learned counsel for the respondent states that he may be discharged as a new counsel has been engaged by the respondent. The plea of the learned counsel for the respondent is accepted. List on 11.07.2019.
