% 16.07.2018 This petition makes allegations against some police officers for their having trespassed into his property. It also seeks setting aside the order dated 06.01.2018 passed by Ld. ASJ and seeking direction for registration of FIR against accused persons. The petition under section 156 Cr. PC for registration of FIR was dismissed, against which there are other legal remedies.

Insofar as alternate and equal remedies available to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would not like to press the petition at this stage, and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to pursue his rights as may be available in law.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
