In view of Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 and the order passed on 24th November, 2015, the suit is transferred to the jurisdiction of District Judge (North-West), Rohini Courts, Delhi.

Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 18th February, 2016.
