The parties have settled their disputes vide settlement agreement dated 23rd April, 2018 submitted along with a report of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The Court has perused the terms of the settlement which have been entered into between the parties. As per the settlement, the Petitioner had to pay a sum of Rs.3.01 crores to the Respondents, which has been done. The original title deeds have also been given to the Petitioner by the Respondent.

The parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement as contained in the said agreement. Counsel for the Respondents also undertakes that the obligation of the Respondents as contained in paragraphs 14 and 15 shall be given effect to and the necessary communications shall be written to the DDA and to CIBIL.

The terms of the settlement are lawful. The petition is disposed of as settled. Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. PRATHIBA M. SINGH, J.
