She has been identified by SI Pradeep Kumar of police station Model Town.

Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled all her disputes with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure, or coercion in terms of Settlement Deed annexure D, dated 25th May, 2018, therefore, FIR No.313/2016 under Sections 354/354A/354B/509/506/34 IPC registered at police station Model Town and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no. 2 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful

purpose would be served to keep the criminal proceedings pending. Accordingly, in the interest of justice, the aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
