CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI

O R D E R

% 01.06.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner/association, has inter alia prayed for a direction to the respondent no.1 to grant authorisation to its members to attend the General Body Meeting of the respondent no.2, as and when it will be held and also to permit them to participate in the elections of the respondent no.2. Though the petitioner has also sought other reliefs like seeking audit of accounts of the respondents but, at this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits on instructions, that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondent no.1 is directed to decide its representation dated 25.04.2018 in a time-bound manner by passing a reasoned and speaking order thereon. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1, who appears on advance notice, does not oppose the aforesaid course of action.

Accordingly, the respondent no.1 is directed to decide the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2018 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within 10 days from today, after considering all the contentions raised by the petitioner in its representation. The petition alongwith pending applications is disposed of in the above terms.

Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by the order to be passed by respondent no.1 on its representation, it will be open for the petitioner to take legal recourse as permissible under law. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
