% 04.06.2018 The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Family Court where the case of the Petitioner is pending, has not been sitting since March, 2018. The learned District Judge (Saket Courts), New Delhi is requested to mark this matter being G-17/2015 titled as Chetan Anand v. Charu Chawla to any other Judge with competent jurisdiction in the Saket Courts as, according to the Petitioner, the matter has not been taken up for hearing due to non-availability of the Judge.

The matter be listed on 8th June, 2018 before the designated Family Court for consideration of the Petitioner's application. In order dated 25th July 2017, it is recorded that the Respondent has no objection visitation or access of the Petitioner to the minor daughter. However, the modalities for the same are to be considered and appropriate orders are to be passed by the

Family court.

Petition and pending application is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti.
