% 03.11.2016 CM 38668/2016 This is an application seeking return of the original settlement agreement of the parties before the mediation centre on the basis of which the appeal was disposed of. As per rules, the appellant shall furnish the certified copies of the said agreement and in exchange the original shall be handed over to the learned counsel for the appellant to be presented before the learned single Judge for the purposes of making it part of the decree sheet.

The application is allowed as above.
