The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks the following prayers: - "

It is, therefore, most humbly prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside the impugned order dated 30.07.2010, passed by the Court of Ms. Seema Maini, A.D.J. Tis Hazari, Delhi, in H.M.A. Case No.215/2009 titled as Smt. Sangeeta Versus Abhishek in view of above facts and submissions, in the interest of justice.

Any other order[s] or direction[s] which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also be awarded in favour of appellants and against the respondent."

A perusal of the record would reflect that no notice had been issued to the respondent in the present petition and repeated adjournments had been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4.

Vide order dated 01.02.2011, learned Predecessor Bench of this Court had observed as under: - "Learned counsel for the petitioner again seeks an adjournment to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. enable him to place certain documents on record. As and when documents are filed by the petitioner, matter will be listed by the Registry before Court."

The present petition was thereafter listed before the Joint Registrar on 13.02.2026, in view of the directions issued by the Hon'ble Case Flow Management Committee, High Court of Delhi and notice was issued to both the parties to appear before the Court on 28.02.2026. However, the petitioner did not appear on the said date i.e. 28.02.2026, therefore, Court notice was issued to the petitioner.

The report with regard to the court notice issued to the petitioner had come back un-served with remarks - "Left away the given address". 7.

None had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 16.03.2026. There has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner today as well.

In these circumstances, the present petition is dismissed in default for non-prosecution and disposed of.
