Interim Bail of three weeks has been prayed by the petitioner on the ground that his wife has to undergo a surgery at District MMG Hospital, Ghaziabad, on 08.06.2018 for her ailment of Prolonged Intervertebral Disc L5/S. Original medical prescription duly signed by Dr. A.K. Singh, Senior Consultant (Orthopaedic Surgeon), MMG District Hospital, Ghaziabad, has

been produced in Court, photocopy whereof is on record at page 27.

Photocopy of other medical prescriptions have also been annexed. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
