It appears that since process fee was not filed, notice could not issue to respondent No.2.

On steps being taken, notice shall issue to respondent No.2. Dasti as well.

It is made clear that if steps are not taken within one week from today, the interim order shall be vacated on the next date of hearing. Renotify the matter on 08.04.2019.
