On 10.10.2017, it was brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 that the petitioner had committed suicide. Counsel for the respondents was directed to bring on record the proof of death of the petitioner. 2.

None appears for the respondents today.

Mr. Dhananjai Rana, Advocate was appointed by the Court to assist the petitioner in advancing submissions. Mr. Dhananjai Rana, Advocate, submits that he has not been contacted by the petitioner and has not received any instructions. He is not aware about the whereabouts of the petitioner. He further submits that in the absence of any instructions from the petitioner, he is not in a position to advance submissions. 4.

Since the petitioner is not present, the present petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
