% 16.12.2016 I.A. 15550/2016 (O 23 R 3) Both the parties have moved joint application for recording their settlement. The terms and conditions of the settlement are also mentioned in the application. The defendant has also undertaken to make a payment to the plaintiff vide Demand Draft no. 016562, HDFC Bank of sum of Rs. 85,000/- during the course of the day. The parties have also agreed that the goods which were seized and released on superdari to the defendants shall be released to them and that the packaging of those goods would be destroyed by the defendants within one week.
