On 31.1.2017, the Registrar passed the following order noting non-appearance of the petitioner on three earlier dates:- "There has been no appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 29.09.2016, 19.10.2016 and 08.12.2016. Even today, there is no appearance on his behalf. No steps are being taken by the petitioner to serve respondent no. 2. Petitioner has also not filed any rejoinder to the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 1 despite opportunities.
Petitioner does not appear to be sincere in prosecuting the writ petition.
