Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for the State.
We have heard counsel for the parties and are of the opinion that having regard to the status report which was produced before the Single Judge who made an order to deny extension of parole on 29.05.2018 subsequent to the order impugned in this case, interest of justice warrants granting extending the parole by another two weeks. The extension is in the same terms and will bind the appellant to surrender at the end of the term. The appeal is allowed in the above terms.
