Mr. Raj Singh, President, Wrestling Federation of India, is present in Court and he tenders an unconditional apology for submitting the inaccurate affidavit. He also admits that he was not the Head Coach at the time when the trial had taken place. He, however, states that since 20 years had elapsed, his memory had failed him and he made the said statement in good faith. 2.

This Court does not consider it apposite to proceed with these proceedings any further. However, Mr. Raj Singh is warned to be careful in future.
