% 01.04.2019 CM APPL. 14956/2019 in W.P.(C) W.P.(C) 6272/2018 The applicant/petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in terms of settlement dated 06.03.2019 arrived at between the parties before Delhi Mediation & Conciliation Centre, Delhi. Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3 submits that within two weeks from today, they shall issue appointment letter to the application/petitioner in terms of settlement dated 06.03.20019 mentioned above.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed.

Consequently, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
