% 22.07.2016 Crl.M.A. 10940/2016 For the reasons stated in the application delay of 3 days in refiling the petition is condoned.
Crl.M.A. 10939/2016 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. CRL.M.C. 2545/2016 This is a petition for quashing of FIR No. 725/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Vijay Vihar, Delhi. The complainant/Respondent No. 2 is present in person who is identified by the Investigating Officer. The complainant states that the disputes between the Petitioner No. 1 and her have been amicably resolved and they are living together as husband and wife for the last one year. In CRL.M.C. 2545/2016
view of the fact that the disputes between the parties have been resolved the complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint. Since the parties have amicably resolved their difference and the pendency of the present proceedings will bring further acrimony and disharmony between the two, it would be in the interest of justice if the present FIR is quashed.
Accordingly, FIR No. 725/2015 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Vijay Vihar, Delhi and the proceedings pursuant thereto are quashed.
Parties have signed this order sheet in acknowledgment of their statements made before this Court.
Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
