% 04.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that in view of the circumstance that the subject property has since been demolished on 28.06.2018, the relief prayed for in the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Counsel prays that the same may be disposed of accordingly.

Whilst disposing of the writ petition as having been rendered infructuous, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law, if so advised, in the event he is aggrieved by the action taken by the statutory respondent, in the meantime.

The present petition is disposed of and pending applications also stand disposed of accordingly.
