% 25.07.2018 Evidence of the complainant is yet to be recorded. The next date for the same before the Trial Court is 29.08.2018. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State assures the Court that every effort shall be made to record the evidence of two publicwitnesses, i.e the complainant and his brother on the next date and in any case by the 15th September, 2018.

In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the application at this stage with liberty to seek remedies at a subsequent stage.
