% 22.02.2019 For similar situated teachers, the order dated 04.05.2018 has been issued by Directorate of Education to Guru Har Kishan Public School, Punjabi Bagh and the same is applicable on the petitioner also in the present case.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2 to 4 submits that the respondents have almost complied with the order dated 04.05.2018 and without fail they shall continue to pay salary to the petitioner applicable as per Sixth Pay Commission.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per Sixth Pay Commission, the salary has been paid to the petitioner except the month of January 2019 and the salary of December 2018 has been paid on 12.02.2019.

Counsel for respondent no.2 has assured this Court that the salary of the petitioner shall be paid on or before every 7th day of the month without fail.

In view of the submissions of the counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4, the present petition is disposed of.

However, I hereby make it clear that if the respondent nos.2 to 4 fail to pay the salary of any month till 7th day of the month, the petitioner shall be entitled for extra amount of ₹5,000/- per month which shall be borne by respondent nos.2 to 4.
