On going through the paper book I was unable to understand the averments in the plaint and the relief claimed. 2.

The senior counsel for the plaintiffs states that the plaint is indeed poorly drafted and has several lacunas. It is further stated that some developments have taken place yesterday.

The senior counsel for the plaintiffs seeks to withdraw the suit with liberty to file afresh.
