The instant transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for transfer of case RCT No.1/17 titled as 'Sanjay Kumar vs. Laxmi Devi' pending in the Court of Sh.Rakesh Tewari, District Judge/Rent Control Tribunal (North East District), Karkardooma, Delhi to any other Rent Control Tribunal at Karkardooma Courts, Delhi for the reason that the counsel for the petitioner is related to learned District Judge/Rent Control Tribunal, (North East District), Karkardooma, Delhi. 2.
When the case RCT No.1/17 titled as 'Sanjay Kumar vs. Laxmi Devi' was listed before the learned District Judge/Rent Control Tribunal, (North TR.P.(C.) 73/2017
East District) on 21st February, 2017, the Court directed learned counsel for the petitioner to take necessary steps by moving application before this Court to get the appeal transferred to the Court of any other Rent Control Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid reason, it is desirable that case RCT No.1/17 titled as 'Sanjay Kumar vs. Laxmi Devi' may be transferred to some other Rent Control Tribunal at Karkardooma Court Complex.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, case RCT No.1/17 titled as 'Sanjay Kumar vs. Laxmi Devi' is withdrawn from the Court of Sh.Rakesh Tewari, District Judge/Rent Control Tribunal (North East District), Karkardooma, Delhi and transferred/assigned to Court of Learned District Judge/Rent Control Tribunal (Shahdara District), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, for disposal in accordance with law. 5.
The petitioner is directed to appear before the transferee Court on 2nd May, 2017 6.
Transfer petition stands disposed of in above terms. 7.
A copy of this order be sent to the Courts concerned and be also given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
