% 11.07.2016 In view of notification No.1078/G-4/Genl./DHC dated 6th July, 2016 the matters listed for 8th July, 2016 have been taken up today. Ms. Prerna Singh, Advocate who appears today prays for an adjournment on the pretext that the arguing counsel is not available. It may be noted that on 19th May, 2016 when notice was issued in the present petition Ms. Prerna Singh, Advocate addressed arguments. Learned APP for the State has taken me through the status report. Earlier application for anticipatory bail was withdrawn by the petitioner and statement was made by the learned counsel that the petitioner will surrender before the Court and seek regular bail. No fresh ground has been pointed out. Moreover, as per the status report the petitioner is involved in four other cases.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no reason to grant anticipatory bail.

Petition is dismissed.
