Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that there is a designated court to determine the disputes which are subject matter of the present writ petition in view of Section 32 (d) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971, and accordingly, it is prayed that instead of dismissing this writ petition, this petition be transferred for decision to the concerned District Judge.

Accordingly, this writ petition is transferred for decision to the W.P.(C) 5594/2014

concerned District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the said District and Sessions Judge on 21st February, 2017.
