% 12.10.2018 W.P.(Crl.) No. 1803/2018 & Crl. M.A. No. 11139/2018 By this petition, petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No. 53/2018 under Sections 420/468/471/120-B registered at PS Greater Kailash on the complaint of respondent No.2 on merits.

Learned APP for the State has handed over the status report which is taken on record. As per the status report, the investigation in the abovenoted FIR is complete and investigation agency is filing a cancellation report which will be filed within two weeks before the competent jurisdiction. In view of the status report handed over today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail W.P.(CRL) 1803/2018

the remedy in case the petitioner is summoned by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate.

Leave and liberty is granted.
