None.
versus THE BRANCH MANAGER, SYNDICATE BANK ..... Respondent Through:
Mr. Rama Subba Raju, Advocate.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 24.08.2016 None appeared for the petitioner when the case was called out in the forenoon. Even now at 15:27 hours, when the case is called out the second time, there is default in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that deductions are being made from the account of the petitioner pursuant to the attachment orders dated 28.03.2016 and 08.04.2016 issued by the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in recovery proceedings. Copies of the said orders have been handed over to the Court. The learned counsel, however, submits that remedies, if any against the recovery proceedings, would lie before the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
In view of the above, the petition is not maintainable and is accordingly dismissed.
