Considering that the Arbitrator has been appointed and the arbitral proceedings are in progress, the interim order dated 18th May, 2016 is directed to continue till such time the learned Arbitrator verifies, vacates or modifies the said order in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 in accordance with law.

2. The petition is disposed of.
