Learned counsel says that he does not wish to file a reply and he has no difficulty in this Court appointing an Arbitrator. 5.

Accordingly, as agreed, Hon‟ble Ms. Justice Manju Goel, Former Judge of this Court is appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter. 6.

Counsels are agreed that the proceedings should be governed by the rules and fee which are applicable to arbitration proceedings carried out under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre. ARB.P. 466/2018

It is ordered accordingly.
