The matter has been amicably settled between the parties by which insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the claimant over and above the amount awarded by the learned MACT. 2.

In terms of the settlement, learned counsel for the insurance company has placed on record a cheque bearing no. 003249 dated 09.02.2018 drawn on HDFC Bank, K.G. Marg, New Delhi in favour of the appellant amounting to Rs.1,50,000/-.

The settled amount shall be kept in FDR in the name of the appellant in any nationalised bank for the period till he attains the age of majority.

In view of the settlement entered into between the parties, no further

orders are required to be passed in this appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the court Master.
