CONT.CAS(C) 457/2018 Present petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging noncompliance of order dated April 10, 2018 passed in W.P.(C) 3465/2018. Mr. Vivek Goyal, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents states, that respondent no.3 /BSF has issued a letter to the Pay and Accounts Officer, Central Pension Accounting Office, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi conveying its decision with regard to the restoration of the full pension to the petitioner w.e.f April 17, 2001. He states, compliance action pursuant to the said letter shall be taken by the Central Pension Accounting Office.

He also assures the Court that the BSF shall also follow up with the Central Pension Accounting Office to ensure that the amount is credited in the account of the petitioner within six weeks. Taking the statement made by Mr. Goyal on record, the contempt is closed.

If there is any inaction on the part of the respondents, liberty shall be with the petitioner to revive the contempt petition. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J JUNE 01, 2018/jg
