CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE REKHA PALLI
O R D E R
% 01.06.2018 C.M. No. 24700/2018 (exemption) Allowed, subject to all just exceptions.
The application stands disposed of.
W.P.(C) 6420/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 10th November, 2017 vide which, the application for allotment of alternative plot has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits at this stage, that he would be satisfied if the respondent is directed to treat the present writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon in a time bound manner.
Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on an advance notice does not oppose the aforesaid course of action. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to treat the
present writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from today.
Needless to say, in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any decision taken by the respondent, it will be open to him to take legal recourse, as permissible under the law.
