W.P.(C) 4689/2016 Though a number of reliefs have been prayed for in the present writ petition, yet learned counsel for petitioner states that he would be satisfied in the event if the respondent-Delhi Jal Board agrees to supply water to the residents of Rama Vihar Colony, Mohamad Pur Majri, Delhi-110081 by way of a water tanker once a week.

Learned counsel for respondent-Delhi Jal Board, who appears on advance notice, states on instructions, that on 01st June, 2016, the residents of the aforesaid colony has been supplied with 3000 litres water by way of a water tanker. He also states on instructions that every Monday 3000 litres water shall be supplied to the residents of the aforesaid colony. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement.

The statement made by learned counsel for respondent-Delhi Jal Board is accepted by this Court and the said respondent is held bound by the same.

In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of. For other reliefs, petitioner is given liberty to file appropriate proceedings. MANMOHAN, J JUNE 02, 2016 js
