Learned counsel for the plaintiffs' state that in pursuance to the decree for possession granted by this Court vide order dated 12.12.2023, the defendants herein had impugned the said judgment in RFA(OS) 4/2024. 2.

He states that during the pendency of the appeal, the parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre wherein a settlement agreement dated 09.02.2024 were executed between the parties and all the reliefs sought in the suit as well as the decree dated 12.12.2023 stands satisfied. He accordingly prays that the present suit be disposed of. 3.

The suit is accordingly disposed of in term of the settlement agreement dated 09.02.2024.
