Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit be transferred to the District Judge (North District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (North District), Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi on 11th January, 2016. Registry to transmit the file to the said court forthwith.
