% 06.08.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the defendants/ appellants submitted, on instructions, that an appropriate application, if needed, would be made at a later stage seeking modification of the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in I.A. No.5941/2016 [in CS (COMM) No.522 of 2018] to the extent that it restrains the defendants/appellants from transferring or selling or mortgaging portions of the property which were earlier in the occupation and tenancy of the plaintiff/respondent. Liberty granted in this regard.

The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Pending applications stand disposed of accordingly.
