% 28.05.2018 The proposed Arbitrator has handed over a declaration under Section 11(8) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 to the parties.

Having perused the same, I see no impediment in confirming his appointment as a Sole Arbitrator.

I accordingly appoint Justice Surinder Singh Saron, (Retd. Judge of Punjab and Haryana High Court), House No.9, Sector 9A, Chandigarh, Mobile Nos.09915771319, 09780008109, as a Sole Arbitrator for adjudicating the disputes that have arisen between the parties in relation to Lease Deed dated 16th September, 2009 and the Supplementary Lease Deed dated 11th February, 2010. The petition is allowed in the above terms with no order as to costs.
