The parties have amicably resolved their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 27th November, 2018 which is marked as Ex.C1. 2.
The suit is decreed in terms of settlement agreement Ex.C1 which shall form part of the decree. Both the parties shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees. Since the matter has been resolved through mediation, the registry is directed to issue a necessary certificate for refund of the entire Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

The registry is directed to release Rs.8,51,196/- deposited by the plaintiff along with interest accrued thereon to the defendant in terms of the
settlement within four weeks.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
