% 01.06.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition for modification of condition imposed by the Court below in its order dated 30.03.2016 vide which the bail was granted to the petitioner subject to depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within a period of three weeks from the date of the said order.

During the course of submissions, counsel for the petitioner submits that three weeks time granted by the Court below has already expired, so he wishes to withdraw the present petition with the liberty to approach the Trial Court for passing a fresh order.

Consequently, the present petition and pending applications are disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court below.
