The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in Case FIR No.801/2015 under Sections 376/506/452 IPC registered at Police Station Hari Nagr. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2015. On completion of investigation a charge-sheet has already been filed in the court. The prosecutrix is aged around 30 years. The prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted with each other. took place between the two several times.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `40,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
