1. Counsel for the Petitioner informs the Court that a fresh application is being preferred by the Petitioner and only seeks time bound direction to Respondent to dispose of the application in accordance with the law.

2. A copy of the fresh application has been being made available to the counsel for the Respondent.

3. The application preferred by the Petitioner shall be disposed of by a reasoned order by the Commissioner Customs Patparganj not later than four weeks from today. The said decision shall be communicated to the Petitioner not later than ten days thereafter. If aggrieved by the fresh decision, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with the

law.
