% 01.06.2018 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith seeking liberty to move appropriate application duly signed and verified by the petitioner and the counsel, which was one of the major deficiencies on which the impugned order was passed declining the earlier application.

The petition and the accompanying applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti.
