% 12.12.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that as NCLT has already appointed an IRP against the respondent company, it would be in the interest of justice that this court may transfer the present petition to NCLT. The request of the petitioner is allowed. In exercise of powers under section 434 of the Companies Act, 2013, this matter be transferred to NCLT, Principal Bench New Delhi.

The matter stands transferred to the NCLT.
