% 27.05.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 5th May, 2015 on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement "Mark C-1". Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned Police Station. However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear

before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Amount lying deposited in this Court together with interest accrued thereon, if any, be released to the complainant.
