% 01.02.2017 This is a petition under section 24 of the CPC for transfer of Civil Suit No.339/2015 titled Laxmi Narayan Senapati vs. M/s. DSC Ltd. pending before the court of Shri Lalit Kumar, Additional District Judge-01, South East District, Saket Courts to the court of South District in Saket court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out to the order dated 25.2.2016 to submit that the trial court is of the opinion that prima facie the courts at South District would have the jurisdiction of the matter. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the transfer of the case. Accordingly, let the matter be listed before the concerned District Judge,South District, Saket Court on 1.3.2017 to be marked to the appropriate court.
