The plaintiff has filed the above captioned suit, inter alia, praying for recovery of `37,45,193/- along with interest as well as rendition of accounts. 2.

The said matter was listed before the Additional District Judge, on 11.05.2016. On the said date, the learned single judge was of the view that there was some doubt as to the applicability of the Commercial Courts, Commercial Division and Commercial Appellate Division of High Courts Act, 2015 and the present suit was required to be considered by the Commercial Division. It is seen that the suit valuation is below the limit of `1 crore and, therefore, the Additional Distirct Judge would have the jurisdiction in the matter.

In the circumstances, it is directed that the present suit be transferred to the Court of the District Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts. 4.

It is also seen that the plaintiff had sought urgent orders. In the circumstances, it is also directed that the applications filed by the plaintiff be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from today. The Registry shall take steps to ensure that the files are sent to the concerned Court without any delay.
